    Working Principle

    During operation, the rotating screw pushes raw materials in the hopper toward the pre-cut die plate. The combination of the rotating knife edges and the holes in the die plate shears the meat into small pieces. Under the pressure of the screw, the minced meat is continuously discharged through the die plate.
