The single-screw frozen meat grinder 300 is specially designed for frozen meat at -18℃ to 0℃ and below. It allows direct grinding of unfrozen meat blocks, reducing nutrient and protein loss, preserving muscle fiber integrity, and avoiding significant temperature rise during processing. This helps extend product shelf life. By changing the perforated plates and knives, the machine can produce different types of minced meat and meat blocks. Since no defrosting is required, the freshness and nutritional quality of the meat are fully retained.

Working Principle

During operation, the rotating auger pushes raw materials from the hopper toward the pre-cut perforated plate. The combination of the rotating knife edges and the perforated plate shears the meat into fine pieces, while the auger pressure continuously pushes the minced meat through the perforated plate.
