    Equipped with 6 knives (optional 8-knife configuration). The knives are custom-manufactured by a professional supplier, featuring a streamlined blade shape for fine cutting, minimal temperature rise, and short processing time.
    This improves emulsification, elasticity, smoothness, and yield.
    Made from imported materials, using special heat treatment and wire-cutting technology, the knives feature high hardness, wear resistance, and sharpness. A locking system ensures blade security and operator safety.

  • Knife-to-Bowl Alignment:
    The knives and bowl maintain precise perpendicular alignment to prevent air from entering the material.
    The clearance between knife tip and bowl is less than 2 mm.
    The rotating bowl is made of cast stainless steel with an anti-overflow edge to prevent leakage.
    The bowl reducer is sourced from Hangzhou Wanjie or Tongli for smooth, reliable performance.

  • Knife Guard Cover:
    Elastic-seal knife cover with anti-leakage design, ensuring no material loss during high-speed cutting.

  • Hydraulic Lid System:
    The lid consists of front and rear sections controlled hydraulically.

    • The front lid features a transparent feeding port for observing the cutting process and adding ingredients or water.

    • The rear lid uses an elastic sealing system with a safety interlock switch, ensuring excellent sealing and operator safety.
