Vertical Extrusion Forming Machine

The Vertical Extrusion Forming Machine is designed to form food products into a variety of shapes without damaging the raw material. It works in combination with a screw-type vacuum filler, which delivers the raw material gently into the machine. The material passes through forming molds to create desired shapes such as spheres, ovals, sugar-coated skewers, skinless sausages, Karaage chicken chunks, and other shapes. The machine maintains the original texture and particle structure of the raw material. When combined with a shaping belt, it can produce additional customized shapes. Product parameters are stored in embedded chips, allowing quick and convenient adjustments. The system features intelligent control: once product spacing is set, the belt speed automatically adjusts when forming frequency changes. The entire machine is constructed from stainless steel and FDA-compliant non-metallic materials, ensuring hygiene and durability.
