Through high-speed chopping, the machine enhances texture fineness and water-binding capacity, improving elasticity and overall product quality. With a maximum knife shaft speed of 4500 rpm, the ZBG200 delivers high power, excellent emulsification, and versatile processing capability. Working Principle
The bowl is driven by a motor through a reducer for slow rotation, continuously feeding materials toward the knife assembly. The knife shaft, powered by a dual-speed or variable-frequency motor via a belt drive, rotates at high speed.
As the raw material moves helically within the bowl, it is chopped and mixed by the knives while air is expelled from the minced meat.
The high-speed cutting reduces juice separation, ensures a fine emulsification effect, and improves the elasticity and smoothness of the final product.

Constructed with high-quality SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and a sleek appearance. The cast stainless steel bowl features an anti-overflow rim to prevent leakage during chopping.
The knives are made from imported materials using specialized heat treatment and precision wire-cutting technology (optional imported knives available). They offer high hardness, wear resistance, and sharpness. The knife-to-bowl alignment is precisely maintained at 1.5 mm, ensuring no air is incorporated during cutting and maintaining consistent performance after sharpening.
Equipped with NSK heavy-duty bearings for superior vibration resistance and long service life.
Built-in temperature monitoring system for real-time measurement of meat temperature during chopping.
Waterproof, vibration-resistant, and moisture-proof electrical system for stable performance. The multi-position waterproof toggle switches are easy to operate, and the separate control cabinet can be floor-mounted or wall-hung.
Key components are precision-machined by CNC centers for exceptional accuracy.
Automatic discharge system allows for clean, convenient output. The discharge baffle angle is adjustable for different product viscosities.
