Structure:
The frozen meat dicing machine consists of the main body, feeding trough, and conveyor belt.
Working Principle:
The material is loaded into the feeding pan and driven by a rotor to rotate within it. When the material reaches the slicing port, it is cut into thin slices of 5–7 mm thickness. These slices are then captured by the cross knives and feed rollers, sent into the longitudinal cutting mechanism, and cut into 5 mm-wide strips by circular blades. Finally, the strips are fed into the transverse cutting mechanism, where the comb-shaped base plate and cross-cutting knife cut them into cubes..
