The Single-Screw Frozen Meat Grinder 82 is specially designed for processing standard frozen meat between –18℃ and 0℃. It can grind unthawed meat blocks directly, minimizing nutrient and protein loss, preserving muscle fiber integrity, and preventing noticeable temperature rise, thereby extending product shelf life. By changing the die plate, it can produce different types of minced meat and meat blocks. Since no thawing is required, the meat’s nutrition and freshness are preserved.

Working Principle

During operation, the rotating screw pushes raw materials in the hopper toward the pre-cut die plate. The combination of the rotating knife edges and the holes in the die plate shears the meat into small pieces. Under the pressure of the screw, the minced meat is continuously discharged through the die plate.
