The spiral elevator is mainly used in the meat processing industry and other food applications requiring material transfer to a certain height. Its function is to convey materials via a spiral mechanism to the hopper of processing equipment, enabling continuous feeding of various solid, food-grade materials.

Working Principle:
The spiral elevator is equipped with an electrical control box that includes a power indicator light and “Start” and “Stop” buttons. Once powered on, the indicator light illuminates. Pressing the “Start” button activates the machine. The main shaft rotates via a gearbox, driving the spiral to convey materials upward. When the material transfer is complete, pressing the “Stop” button stops the machine immediately. During the lifting process, pressing “Stop” will halt operation instantly.
