Structure:
The integrated machine consists of a feeding system, cutting system, conveying system, and mincing system.
A strong magnetic separator is installed between the cutting and mincing systems to prevent ferrous materials from entering the mincer.
Working Principle:
Frozen meat blocks are manually loaded into the lifting system. The lifting mechanism then feeds the meat into the frozen meat cutting section. After the cutting process is automatically completed, the cut meat pieces are transferred directly into the mincing system.
The mincing speed can be preset according to the amount of material. The entire process — feeding, lifting, cutting, and mincing — can be completed by just one operator.
Key Features
The machine adopts an integrated welded structure with excellent vibration resistance, low noise, high stability, and reliable performance. The outer panels and major parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel (except the frame), giving the machine a modern and hygienic appearance.
The design allows for smooth cutting of frozen meat at temperatures as low as -18 °C. The frozen meat size can be up to 700 × 520 × 190 mm, with cutting thickness around 15 mm.
The cutting roller is equipped with six blades made of high-quality alloy steel. The enclosed end-face mounting design prevents contamination of raw materials.
Equipped with a programmable timer and automatic feeding system that can lift and return material automatically. Feeding speed, pause duration, and return speed are all adjustable.
The electrical components have a protection grade of IP55 and insulation grade not lower than Class B, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
