In this video, you can see the customized packaging line we developed for Pure Treat, designed to deliver efficiency, precision, and product safety throughout the entire process.

The system begins with bulk materials being fed into a Z-type bucket elevator, which gently conveys the products to a multiheaded weigher for precise portioning at second floor. From there, the accurately weighed products are released into premade pouches, followed by heat sealing, cooling, weighing, and metal detection processes on the first-floor packaging platform to ensure packaging integrity and product safety.

Finally, the finished packages are transferred to the secondary packaging area, where they are cartooned, palletized, and prepared for shipment.

This intelligent and fully automated line significantly reduces 4 manpower manual handling, ensures consistent weighing accuracy, and maintains hygienic production standards — providing Pure Treat with a reliable, high-performance solution tailored to their specific production needs.
