Material:
Food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316L) for corrosion resistance, hygienic handling, and durability under vacuum and temperature cycles.Surface Type:
Flat or slightly recessed base with perforated or solid surface, depending on the product form (liquid, paste, solids).
Optional Teflon or electropolished finish for easy product release and cleaning.

5–10 kg per tray (depending on product thickness and type).
Stacking Design:
Designed to fit modular rack systems, 16 trays per face, 4 faces = 64 trays per transfer cart.
